FIELD: radio equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio equipment. Disclosed is current threshold ternary element "Minimum", which, unlike prototype, including first (30) additional current mirror matched with second (17) power supply bus, which comprises first (31) and second (32) outputs, first (33) and second (34) additional input field transistors, second (35) additional current mirror matched to first (13) power supply bus, which has first (36) and second (37) outputs, in fourth (16) current mirror there is additional output (38), sources of first (33) and second (34) additional input field transistors are connected to each other, input of second (14) current mirror is connected to output (18) of fourth (16) current mirror, output of second (14) current mirror is connected to first (31) output of first (30) additional current mirror and connected to combined sources of first (4) and fourth (8) input field transistors.
EFFECT: creation of a current threshold ternary element "Minimum", in which internal conversion of information is carried out in current form of signals, which increases speed of operation.
