SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a current threshold parallel ternary comparator in which, compared to the prototype, the base of fifth (17) input transistor is connected to third (23) voltage source, base of sixth (18) input transistor is connected to the combined emitters of first (3) and third (6) input transistors, and is also connected to first (13) output of second (11) current mirror, base of seventh (20) input transistor is connected to fourth (24) to voltage source, collector of seventh (20) input transistor is connected to input of first (9) current mirror, base of eighth (21) input transistor is connected to combined emitters of second (4) and fourth (7) input transistors, and also connected to second (15) output of second (11) current mirror, collector of eighth (21) input transistor is matched with first (10) power bus.
EFFECT: creation of current threshold comparator, in which internal conversion is performed in current form and faster operation.
