FIELD: radio equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and analogue microelectronics and can be used in high-speed analogue and analogue-to-digital interfaces for processing signals of sensors. Disclosed is current threshold logic element "Inequality", which comprises first and second inputs of device, device output, first, second and third input transistors, which are connected to the first bias voltage source, the fourth, fifth and sixth input transistors of the other conductivity type, which are connected to the second bias voltage source, circuit also includes additional current mirror, first, second, third and fourth additional transistors, first and second additional sources of bias voltage, first, second and third additional sources of reference current.
EFFECT: creation of current threshold logic element "Inequality", in which internal conversion of information is performed in current form of signals, which increases efficiency of information conversion devices.
