SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication method implemented by user equipment (UE). Method comprises steps of: receiving, in a downlink signal having a number of subframes, directed reference signals in each of a plurality of subframes, wherein the directed reference signals are received in a smaller amount than the number of all downlink signal subframes; performing mobility management measurement using at least first subset of received directed reference signals, wherein the first subset corresponds to a first frequency or a first localized frequency band; and radio link monitoring (RLM) using second subset of received directed reference signals, wherein the second subset is at least partially different from the first subset and includes directed reference signals corresponding to a second frequency or a second localized frequency band, wherein the second frequency or the second localized frequency band is spaced and different from the first frequency or the first localized frequency band.

EFFECT: technical result is improved efficiency of using radio resources.
