FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of controlling dispersion diameter of a disperse phase in a thermoplastic resin composition and a thermoplastic resin composition. This method has a continuous phase and a dispersed phase dispersed in a continuous phase. Continuous phase consists of polyolefin resin. Disperse phase consists of polyamide resin. Composition of thermoplastic resin obtained by mixing with melting of polyolefin resin with product mixed with fusion. Product is obtained by stirring with fusion of polyamide resin and compatibilizer. Compatibilizer is a polymer having a reactive group which reacts with a polyamide resin. Amount of the polymer to be mixed based on the total content of the polyolefin resin and the polyamide resin is varied to control the disperse phase dispersion diameter. Thermoplastic resin composition has a continuous phase consisting of a polyolefin resin and a dispersed phase dispersed in a continuous phase and consisting of a polyamide resin. Number of dispersed phase particles per 10 square micrometers is 50–450.
EFFECT: technical result is controlling/regulate dispersion diameter of disperse phase in thermoplastic resin composition, having a multiphase structure by selecting a predetermined polymer as a compatibilizer and varying the amount of the compatibilizer to be mixed.
