FIELD: valve industry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to valve industry. Two-plunger control valve comprising housing with cover between which cover gasket is installed, inner seat accommodates seat with seal, vertical drive rod with plunger. Two plungers coaxially arranged in each other are attached to the rod in the lower part, the external plunger has internal cavities – the upper cylindrical and lower cylindrical ones of smaller diameter with conical transition in the upper part into the central hole in the circular disk connecting both cavities, radial through holes are made in sidewalls of cylindrical part above circular disc to connect holes in separator with upper cylindrical cavity. To lower end of rod, coaxially to external plunger, in its upper cylindrical cavity, inner plunger of cylindrical cross-section is fixed with chamfer in lower part, note here that inner plunger diameter is equal to central hole diameter in circular disk, while its length is equal to that of said hole.

EFFECT: proposed valve due to two-plunger design has wide range of flow rate control, prevents cavitation and has good tightness in closed position.
