FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electromechanical mandrelling. Carrying the mandrel movement along the part hole axis with smooth change of electric current density passed through the mandrel contact point with the part hole surface and forming on surface of its hole of hardened annular sections with different hardness. Mandrel simultaneously with the progressive, from the moment it begins to move along the hole, is given a rotational movement, with simultaneous application of radial ultrasonic vibrations to it.
EFFECT: as a result, the wear resistance of the hole of the part is increased, the resistance of the tool and the accuracy of machining of the hole.
