SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an apparatus for complex wasteless gas treatment using low-temperature dephlegmation technology with LTDR rectification, comprising an inlet separator, first and second recuperative heat exchangers, a refluxer with a heat exchange section, equipped with a dephlegmation gas supply line with a reducing device, separator equipped with prepared natural gas discharge line and fractionation unit. Separator is a demethanizer which is equipped with a demethanized condensate supply line to the fractionation unit and a line for outputting the prepared natural gas with a refluxing heat exchange section and a first recuperative heat exchanger, furthermore, the demethanizer is connected to the inlet separator and the dephlegmator by the condensate supply lines with the reducing devices, and with the second recuperative heat exchanger - the circulation irrigation input/output lines, wherein the dephlegmation gas supply line is connected to the prepared natural gas discharge line, and the fractionation unit is equipped with product discharge lines and is connected to the demethanizer by the methane-containing off-gas supply line.
EFFECT: technical result is high output of hydrocarbons C2+ due to installation of demethanizer, which provides fractionation of condensates, as well as by eliminating flare gas output by connecting fractionator with demethanizer.
