FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to low-temperature dephlegmation units with NTDR rectification and can be used for field preparation of natural gas in gas industry. Proposed plant comprises inlet separator, dephlegmator, demethanizer, two recuperative heat exchangers, reduction devices and fractionation unit. During operation of the plant crude gas is separated in a separator into a condensate and separation gas, which is cooled in recuperative heat exchangers, reduced and supplied to a dephlegmator, from which condensate and dephlegmation gas are removed, which is reduced and supplied to demethanizer together with reduced condensates. From the demethanizer top, after heating in the dephlegmator heat exchange section and the first recuperative heat exchanger, the treated gas is removed. A flow of circulating reflux is removed from the middle part of the demethanizer, heated in the second recuperative heat exchanger and returned to the demethanizer. From the bottom of the demethanizer, the demethanised condensate is fed into a fractionation unit for separation into products, wherein the offgas is returned to the demethanizer.
EFFECT: invention increases output of hydrocarbons C2+ due to the demethanizer installation equipment.
