FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and is intended for generation of heat energy in boiler houses using liquefied natural gas (LNG) as environmentally safe fuel. From LNG storage 4 liquefied natural gas is supplied to heat exchanger-evaporator LNG 6 located inside heat-insulated tank 10 with intermediate heat carrier in form of water. Liquefied natural gas in the heat exchanger-evaporator LNG 6 is heated and evaporated due to heat exchange with a warm intermediate heat carrier (water) circulating in the intermediate heat carrier system 8. For circulation of water in system 8, cooled water from heat-insulated tank 10 is taken by circulating pump 9 and supplied to heat exchanger-heater of intermediate heat carrier 11, which is located in flue gas discharge duct 3. In heat exchanger-heater of intermediate heat carrier 11 water is heated due to heat exchange with flue gases leaving boiler plant 1 through stack 2. Then hot water is supplied via system 8 into heat exchanger-heater of evaporated liquefied natural gas 7, after which warm water is supplied to heat-insulated reservoir 10 with intermediate heat carrier. This water circulation system of intermediate heat carrier 8 provides stable and safe heat transfer of flue gases of boiler plant 1 to liquefied natural gas.
EFFECT: improving efficiency of gasification of liquefied natural gas and heating evaporated liquefied natural gas, reducing weight and dimension characteristics of heat exchangers, as well as improving safety and reliability of operation of a boiler house with liquefied natural gas as fuel.
