FIELD: rail vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway track facilities, in particular, to methods of securing sleeper from cracking. Sleeper is wrapped with a wire with a loop on the end. Wire tension is implemented by the lever, on which the hook is hinged. On the lower part of the lever there is a platform ending with a sharpened part with a cut-out in the middle.
EFFECT: higher quality of sleeper from cracking.
