FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: quasi-resonant voltage converter contains the primary single inverter, a pulse transformer, a rectifier with a simultaneous key and a control circuit, a resonant circuit, an inductive-capacitive filter. The beginning of the secondary winding of the transformer is connected to the anode of the pulse rectifier diode, the cathode of which is connected to one end of the inductive element of the resonant circuit, the other end of which is connected with one armature of condenser of the resonant circuit and with a drain region of MIS transistor, a source of which is connected in series through a current sensor to the second armature of condenser and with the end of the secondary winding of the transformer, one choke of the output filter is connected to the drain region of MIS transistor, the second end of which is connected with one of the armature of condenser of the filter, the second armature of the latter is connected with the end of the secondary winding of the transformer, the outputs of the current sensor and the voltage sensor, where the input of the latter is connected parallel to the secondary winding of the transformer, arrive at the input of the level former, the signals from the outputs of which come to a logical device that forms the control impulse, whose output is supplied on the driver control, the output signal of which enters the gate of MIS transistor.
EFFECT: reduction of losses in the output rectifier and increase in the coefficient of efficiency of the converter as a whole.
