FIELD: cattle breeding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to livestock sector, in particular, to a method for improvement of productive qualities of young pigs at fattening. Method is characterized by the fact that the main ration of young pigs is fed with a pharmaceutical preparation based on a Rhaponticum carthamoides in dose of 5 g per head per day for 60 days.
EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to increase productive qualities of young pigs at fattening.
