FIELD: animal breeding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to animal breeding and can be used in sheep breeding during lambs growing. For 90 days, a phytogenic fodder additive based on Echinacea purpurea and Leuzea carthamoides and a filler in the form of wheat bran are introduced into the basic diet of lambs. Additive is introduced so that lamb receives 4 g of dry extract of Leuzea carthamoides and 3 g of dry extract of Echinacea purpurea per head a day.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to enhance productive qualities of lambs.
