FIELD: valve industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve industry, in particular to valves with electromagnetic drive, and can be used in designs of vacuum systems, as well as in devices for remote control of flows of various gases and liquids. Control valve consists of a body, which through threaded joints is attached to branch pipes for connection to process pipelines, in which there is control of flow of working medium due to movement of a standard plunger mechanism. Plunger movement is ensured by linear electric drive connected via shaft and symmetrically arranged in housing top part. Linear electric drive is assembled structure, consisting, in particular, of identical in size upper and lower cylindrical magnetic conductors with identical clawlike poles of magnetic conductors, inside of which upper and lower magnetising coils are wound respectively. Between the upper and lower cylindrical magnetic conductors there is a composite anchor, which is a three-layer structure, in the middle part of which there is an interlayer with two magnetically conductive disks pressed from opposite sides. Layer is made of non-magnetic material for separation of magnetic fields of upper and lower magnetising coils. Magnetically conductive disks in cross-section have rectangular cross-section with groove in the form of trapezoidal toroid forming clawlike poles on assembled armature of symmetrical magnetic system of linear electric drive.
EFFECT: use of the disclosed control valve provides high accuracy of dispensing, enables automatic control of flow rate of the working medium, improves reliability of the structure due to a new linear electric drive and its symmetrical arrangement relative to the plunger.
