FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic pump consists of stator which consists of two symmetrical armoured magnetic conductors. Magnetic conductor consists of main 1 and intermediate 2 poles. Magnetic conductors are assembled by means of bolted connections 4 through sealing waterproof gasket 5. In stator there are two magnetising coils (lower 8 and upper 9) which are insulated with gaskets 10, 11. Anchor-piston of electromagnetic pump consists of non-magnetic tube 12 on which magnetic 13 and non-magnetic 14 elements are put. Also, pistons, lower 15 and upper 16, are fixed on non-magnetic tube 12, which are located in cylinders in the following way: lower one is located in lower cylinder 17, and upper one is located in upper cylinder 18. In non-magnetic tube 12 of anchor-piston there is inner piston 21. Single-acting valve mechanism is screwed inside the tube in lower part. Valve mechanism consists of valve ball 23 and seat 24 with guard. There is secondary piston mechanism for creating continuous liquid flow, which consists of tube 25 of secondary piston 26 fixed on it and valve mechanism mounted inside tube 25 by means of threaded connection 27. Secondary piston tube is rigidly fixed in cylinder 18 by means of stop 30 and threaded connection 31.

EFFECT: easier assembly and higher capacity.
