FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Disclosed are a method and a device for fixing and retaining vaginal appliances, characterized by use of a flexible support section, inside which a vaginal accessory is placed, where the flexible support section is configured to prevent movement of the accessory into the vagina. Flexible support section is made consisting of annular outer and inner parts, wherein outer part of support section is held tightly around labia majoria, and inner part is placed inside vagina, wherein outer and inner parts of support section are connected to each other by one or more flexible bent elements, each of which is fixed by one end to outer part, and by another to inner, wherein said elements are bent towards each other so that a channel or a given channel is formed by one flexible element, and a vaginal accessory is placed inside the canal for attachment and retention.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to simplify the process of fixation and retention of vaginal exercise equipment and devices for preventing incontinence and/or prolapse in females.
