FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to gynecology and can be used for complex physiotherapeutic treatment and prevention of genital prolapse in females. Procedures of laser treatment of vaginal mucosa are performed by means of pulse fraction CO2-laser. There are courses of pelvic floor exercises procedures, including with simulators. Specified course of treatment consists of 4 stages and contains the following preset sequence of procedures and trainings. 1-st stage: performing a) laser treatment of vaginal mucosa in clinical environment using a scanning vaginal nozzle transmitting a beam of a fractional CO2-laser to the mucosa surface, wherein mucosal is scanned by longitudinal and circular passages on its surface, at laser radiation wavelength of – 10.6 mcm, pulse energy per one point to peak pulse is 3.9 mJ, five pulses are fed to each point, scanning step is equal to 1 mm, length of whole procedure is 10–15 minutes. Therapeutic course is b) electric pulse electrical myostimulation of pelvic floor muscles, using a vaginal sensor, with pulse current – no more than 90 mA, duration of procedure – 20 to 30 min, one procedure a day, daily – 28 days per course. 2-nd stage: repeated procedure a) for laser treatment of vaginal mucosa, see 1-st stage of therapeutic course. Course c) of training pelvic floor muscles using a mechanical vaginal exercise apparatus – vaginal cone, each training is conducted for 12–15 minutes a day, daily – 28 days per course. Step 3: repeating procedure a) for laser treatment of vaginal mucosa, see 1-st stage of therapeutic course. Course c) of training pelvic floor muscles is repeated with the help of mechanical vaginal exercise machine, see 2-nd stage of therapeutic course, daily – 28 per course. 4-th stage: repeated procedure a) for laser treatment of vaginal mucosa, see 1-st stage of therapeutic course.
EFFECT: method enables preventing vaginal descent, strengthening pelvic floor muscles, the method provides a combined synergetic effect of improving the health of the patient, prolongs the length of the therapeutic effect, and improves the health and quality of life of the patients.
