FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a method of treating post-ulcer cicatricial deformations of pyloric part of stomach and duodenal bulb. Method involves irradiation of cicatricial deformation zones with red laser at exposure time of 5–7 minutes, with repetition of procedure every other day, and introduction of 3,000 IU of Longidaza diluted in 2 ml of lidocaine solution, immediately after laser irradiation, both in cicatricial tissue, and in sections of mucosa at distance of 1–1.5 cm from cicatrized tissues, repeated endoscopic injection procedures are performed once after irradiation with laser, therapeutic course makes 4–8 procedures of laser irradiation and 2–4 procedures of introduction of Longidaza accordingly.
EFFECT: invention provides higher effectiveness and reduced traumatism of treatment of post-ulcer cicatricial deformities of pyloric ring and duodenal bulb if surgical interventions are impossible due to complex effect on scar tissue of optimally selected course of laser radiation and endoscopic Longidaza injections.
