SUBSTANCE: raw material in the form of tablets (resin) supplied to hopper 2 is supplied and melted in heating cylinder 3 heated by heater 4 and sent to front part of heating cylinder 3 by screw 5 rotated by motor 6. Heating cylinder 3 is equipped with head part 7, and high pressure gas is released from gas outlet hole 71 provided in centre of head part 7. Molten resin sent to the end of heating cylinder 3 is released from hole 73 for release of resin having six superfine tubes provided on the outlet side of hole 73 for release of resin through the inside of head part 7. Molten resin released from the resin outlet hole 73 is elongated and can form a fibre having a diameter in nanoscale.
EFFECT: group of inventions relates to a device and a method of producing nanofibres by a high-efficiency melt blowing method.
