FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to architecture and construction of ultralight spans, namely, to fabrication of awning construction coatings with surface geometry in the form of hyperbolic paraboloids, obtained by fixing a stretched large-size shell along the contour on the bearing frame, which is specially cut from strips of rolled film-fabric material. Method of fabrication of covers of tent hypar roofs includes production of four flat workpieces of triangular shape from longitudinally connected by welding or by stitching of strips of rolled film-fabric material arranged along bases of triangles, having length equal to distance between adjacent angles of support contour of hypar roofs. To impart surface shape to shell to workpieces, profile of lateral sides, which is predefined by method of Chebyshev networks superposition onto hypar roof surface, is applied to billet, taking into account connection tie width with the condition of alignment of their longitudinal axes with guide lines on the edges of the hypar roof, and lateral sides are cut along the built profile. Billets are welded or sutured with lateral sides stretched to their alignment into single shell. In order to reduce angular deformations in coating shell, method involves, during cutting, transfer of axes of rectangular structure of material from parabolic center of hypar roof to points with zero curvature of surface, arranged on each side of its contour at points of orthogonal intersection of rectilinear guide surfaces.
EFFECT: invention provides for shaping of tent hypar roof functionally required accurate and smooth, without folds and distortions of shape, reduction of manufacturing costs and simplification of manufacturing technology.
