FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to create single- or multielement radiation detectors with photosensitive elements based on a photo-dielectric effect structure. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that the ferroelectric photodetector has a film on the substrate based on a polarized ferroelectric material, electrode coatings, wherein from the upper side of the film it is optically semitransparent, according to the invention, the film is made from a dielectric binder and barium titanate, and substrate from dielectric binder and luminophore suspension, wherein film and substrate are located between electrode coatings, and from the lower side of the substrate the electrode coating is semitransparent in the hard ultraviolet and soft x-ray spectral regions.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of integral sensitivity to radiation of ferroelectric photodetector.
