FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed photo receiver consists of UV photo receiver, IR photo receiver and visible band photo receiver. Photo receiver is made on one crystal to make optically translucent membrane. Said membrane represents heterostructure containing substrate with 250-500 nm-thick diamond film applied thereon. Said diamond film is connected via ohmic contacts with 15.0-30.0 mcm-thick translucent film of ferroelectric material. Linear sizes of UV and IR photo receivers are identical. Visible band photo receivers are arranged above IR photo receivers. They are aligned in focal plane with UV and IR photo receivers. Ohmic contacts are bought onto substrate. Said substrate represents super large integrated circuit board.

EFFECT: miniature multispectral device to register inherent and secondary radiation in said bands.
