SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information technologies. For this purpose, disclosed is a remote data management system, which includes at least one communication device, having a function of remote connection to a server, including a signal receiving unit, a hard disk with centralized data storage and operating system software. This communication device includes a display, a command input/output unit, an external data carrier connection unit, a network connection unit and a random access memory unit. Server is configured to identify a communication means connected thereto and display on a display screen or monitor of said application means to provide access through server operating system to server installed on this server and access to data in centralized data storage server for viewing and replenishment from external data medium.
EFFECT: providing a secure and unhackable by a third party access to a cloud server data storage when a hard disk for storing data is not available on the device.
