FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a group of inventions comprising a system of compositions for treating a metal substrate, a method of treating said substrate and said substrate obtained using said system and said method. Disclosed composition system contains a conversion composition containing a covalent trivalent chromium in amount of 0.001 g/l to 20 g/l, and a sealing composition containing lithium cation in amount of 5 ppm up to 5500 ppm in terms of total weight of sealing composition. Said method of treating substrate involves contacting at least part of surface of substrate with conversion composition containing covalent trivalent chromium in amount of 0.001 g/l to 20 g/l, and contacting at least part of substrate surface with sealing composition containing lithium cation in amount of 5 ppm up to 5500 ppm in terms of total weight of sealing composition.
EFFECT: creation of system of compositions for protection of metal substrate from corrosion.
