FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to poultry keeping. Poultry keeping method under LED illumination consists in the fact that during the light period the optical temperature colour temperature is smoothly changed from 2000–2800 K, which corresponds to colour temperature of solar radiation at dawn or sunset, up to 5500–6500 K, which corresponds to colour temperature of noon solar radiation. Illumination is varied from 0 to 100 % of the preset level during the first and last 4–8 minutes of the light period.
EFFECT: invention ensures increase of poultry productivity due to application of LED dynamic illumination system with continuously variable colour temperature and level of illumination during light period.
