SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used as biologically active dietary supplement (BAD) for food as tonic, general strengthening and increasing working capacity of agent. Dietary supplement is a solid formulation in the form of a pressed tablet with diameter of 5–25 mm and weight of 0.1–3 g, containing a given amount of natural ground and/or soluble coffee suitable for making a tonic tablet. One tablet contains the following components, wt. %: coffee in amount of - 100; or sugar - 10–80 and coffee - balance; or ascorbic acid - 0.1–5 and coffee - balance; or ascorbic acid - 0.1–5, sugar - 10–80 and coffee - balance; or sugar - 5–40, dry cream or milk - 5–40 and coffee - balance; or sugar - 5–40, dry cream or milk - 5–40, additives: cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, star anise, black pepper, vanilla, laurel leaf, citrus fruits - 1–5 and coffee - balance. Granulometric composition of the tablet is as follows: coffee - 0.05–0.5 mm; sugar - 0.1–0.7 mm.

EFFECT: invention significantly improves tonic, stimulating and general strengthening effect on the body due to availability of natural soluble alkaloid caffeine in coffee; prolonged working capacity, concentration and clarity of organism consciousness; improve memory, provide clarity of mind and attention when performing complex and laborious work.
