FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of articles and moulded materials based on secondary polymers and relates to rubber-polyolefin coating plates. Coating plate is made by pressing from a composition containing a molten thermoplastic polymer and a filler in form of rubber crumbs with particle size of 1–5 mm. Thermoplastic polymer used is a polyolefin or a mixture of polyolefins, with the following ratio of initial components in wt.%: rubber crumb: 75–85, polyolefin or a mixture of polyolefins: 15–25. As polyolefins, the composition contains secondary polyolefins: low-pressure polyethylene and/or high-pressure polyethylene and/or polypropylene and/or ethylene vinyl acetate. Plate can additionally contain embedded parts, and at the edges of the plate there can be formed locking elements providing connection of adjacent plates. According to the second embodiments, the plate is made two-layer and the additional upper layer is made of thermoplastic or polyolefin.

EFFECT: rubber-polyolefin plates obtained according to the invention have damping properties and can be used for protection against impact loads of concrete, steel and other structures.
