FIELD: devices for food preparation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for food preparation and may be used for preparation of culinary dishes as per sous-vide technology. Device comprises a bath with one or more built-in heating elements and a boiling temperature and cooking time control system, wherein water circulation in working space of bath is provided by pump, suction pipeline of which is mounted in bath, and pressure pipeline of which is connected to circulation pipes, at that, on the inner surface of the bath there is mounted at least one fixing profile, through which the container is installed and removed, having respectively one or several guides corresponding to the profile, circulation pipes are located on the outer surface of the bath and have branches made in the form of tubes built into the bath body and forming holes on its inner surface, and the container has process holes coinciding in their arrangement with the above holes on the bath inner surface.
EFFECT: simplified maintenance of bath inner surface of device.
