FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building. Spectrum of natural frequencies of the disc and spectrum of disturbances generated by the system are determined. Parameters of the system design diagram are identified. Spectral density of the process of oscillations excited in the nonlinear system is calculated. Mathematical model of relative motion of a two-mass nonlinear system leads to a differential equation of parametric oscillations of Mathieu. System parameters are calculated in coordinates of Strutt-Ince diagram. Stability regions of oscillations, required values of the modulation depth parameter and natural frequency of the system are determined. Spectrum frequency threshold value is set. Low-frequency filter is synthesized in the form of an elastic-friction damper. Damper is placed on the area between the turbine wheel of the hydraulic transformer and the drum, on which the package of friction discs is installed.

EFFECT: expansion of stability area is achieved.
