FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in determination of frequencies of proper zone before transformer and major harmonics of disturbances of engine moment, prediction of resonant modes as per condition of coincidence of free frequency with major harmonics of engine, and determination of boundaries of speed rotation range of engine shaft, during which it is necessary to implement the resonance. Besides, in range of high-speed operating mode of engine, at which occurrence of resonant mode of shaft attaching the engine to pump wheel of hydraulic transformer is possible, there decreased is free frequency of zone before transformer by increasing the specified inertia moment of rotating parts at neutral in transmission by means of forced locking of hydraulic transformer.
EFFECT: higher durability and improved operating reliability of the device.
