FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: use for application in the form of coating, which is applied on a product of research medical, domestic and other purposes or in the form of structural material for items not experiencing high mechanical loads. Essence of invention consists in the fact that for application of radar absorbent coating on base of nonwoven textile material of organic or inorganic origin, radar absorbent coating used is a polymer composition containing a silicone polymer, a hardener and nanocrystalline powder of ferromagnetic material at a weight ratio of 10:1:(10–20) respectively, which was stirred and kept at room temperature until the complete removal of air bubbles, and then the resulting mixture is applied evenly to a substrate of a nonwoven textile material by casting, wherein the specific gravity of silicon per unit area of the substrate must be not less than 0.2 g/cm2.
EFFECT: enabling application of the material obtained using the disclosed method as structural material for articles not subject to high mechanical loads.
