SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment. Engine comprises stator and rotor. Stator is installed outside the rotor and includes a core, a winding, an axial ventilation groove and a radial ventilation groove. Engine rotor includes core, radial ventilation groove, starting cell, permanent magnet steel, magnetic insulating ring, slot wedge, axial vent hole of slot wedge. At that, stator core has N radial ventilation grooves of stator located in axial direction, N axial ventilation grooves arranged along circumference. Rotor core has rotor radial rotary groove, wherein starting cage and slot wedge are built in rotor core while slot wedge has axial vent slot of slot wedge. Besides, slot wedge represents frame structure, or trapezoidal structure, or structure in the form of inverted letter "T". Steel of constant magnet is built in slotted wedge. Material of wedge represents non-magnetic non-conductive material.

EFFECT: technical result is improvement of cooling.
