FIELD: radio equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave radio engineering and can be used in production of waveguide path elements. Method of making an angle bend of a rectangular waveguide with an arbitrary angle of rotation of the waveguide consists in cutting through in three walls of the waveguide in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the waveguide a through slot of a Y-shape with an angle equal to the angle of rotation of the waveguide, and on the waveguide solid wall - narrow slots adjacent to the waveguide side walls in the bend plane, bending the waveguide solid wall with the cylinder radius, the axis of which is perpendicular to the bending plane, and the bending radius center is on the Y-shaped symmetry axis of the symmetry, wherein through Y-shaped groove is cut with angle equal to waveguide turn angle with cutout in waveguide base facing solid waveguide.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of labor intensity of manufacturing, increase of yield of non-defective products.
