SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula I
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, stereoisomer or isotopic compound, wherein a carbon atom marked with * represents a center of asymmetry; R1 and R2 independently represent H, R6-S(O)2-, or R6-C(O)-; R6 is unsubstituted (C3)cycloalkyl; or (C1-C6)alkyl, which is optionally substituted with one or more groups selected from D, halogen, hydroxyl, amino, (C1-C6) alkylamino, (C1-C6)alkoxy and benzyloxy; X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 and X6 independently represent CH, CR7 or N; R7 is halogen or cyano; R3 and R4 independently represent H, substituted or unsubstituted (C1-C6) alkyl; R5 is unsubstituted (C1-C6) alkyl; R10, R11 and R12 independently represent H or D; substituent in the substituted (C1-C6) alkyl is one or more selected from the group consisting of: D, halogen, hydroxyl, amino, (C1-C6) alkylamino, (C1-C6) alkoxy and benzyloxy; when there are several substitutes, these substitutes are identical or different from each other; provided that: one of X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 and X6 is N, which can regulate generation and/or activity of PDE4 and/or TNF-α.
EFFECT: invention discloses a novel isoindoline derivative which includes a pharmaceutical composition and use thereof.
