FIELD: pharmaceuticals and medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is aimed at treating diseases mediated by inhibition of PDE4 enzymes. A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of a disease, disorder or medical condition mediated by the PDE4 enzyme or PDE4 enzymatic activity, containing an effective amount of a compound of Formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where: the values of the radicals are as indicated in paragraph 1 of the formula is disclosed. Also the methods of treating a disease, disorder, or medical condition mediated by PDE4 enzymatic activity, as well as mediated by PDE4 enzyme, comprising administering to a subject in need of such treatment, an effective amount of the present composition, and in addition, the use of the above composition in a method for treating a neurological disorder and use of the composition in a method of treating a peripheral disorder are disclosed.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides effective treatment of neurological and peripheral disorders mediated by inhibition of PDE4 enzymes.
