SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Technical result is achieved by querying whether data associated with the primary content key to be previewed are available in the cache server in accordance with the primary key; when the request determines that data are available, obtains data associated with the primary key from the cache server, and transmits data to the application server; after receiving, by the application server, data associated with the primary key, determining page views for a primary key contained in data; when it is determined that the number of page views is not equal to zero, obtaining the content to be previewed, from the cloud storage server in accordance with the primary key, and transmitting the content to be previewed to the application server; and receiving, by the application server, content to be previewed for preview by the user.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of time for conversion of documents for display to user, which reduces load on server.
