SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of ecological maintenance of water bodies for the purpose of their sanitation by adding special liquid preparations to the water. Mobile robot system comprises hovercraft with loading opening in ship bottom and made with possibility of automatic or remote control, manipulator mounted on vessel for loading liquid preparation into intake tank and its overflow to surface of water object, installed on transport vessel module of accumulation tank with liquid preparation, information-control system (ICS) and system of remote control and monitoring (SRCM).

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to carry out complex automation of processes of water bodies recovery with improvement of the health improvement quality.
