FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to operation and repair of operating gas pipelines and can be used for cleaning gas collector from liquid, as well as during preparation of collector for operation in autumn-winter period in order to reduce coefficient of resistance due to accumulated liquid phase. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that during the implementation of the declared method, the emptying section is switched off, inert gas is fed into gas collection header, inert gas flow rate is increased to minimum rate providing liquid discharge. Note here that inert gas pressure is maintained below permissible pressure in gas gathering collector. Due to pressure difference hydrocarbon raw stock is supplied to separator where liquid phase is beaten off and directed to separating vessels for further preparation, and gas is recycled to ejector of process line of low-temperature separation.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of time, process and material costs during cleaning of gas gathering collector, as well as prevention of loss of hydrocarbon material.
