FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to machining of hard-to-machine metals and alloys. Tool is revolved and cross fed per every double stroke of tool with billets. Table with billets performs longitudinal reciprocation feed. Billets perform additionally torsional oscillation drive by device with its case bottom bottom to be secured to machine table and its top to support billets to be machined. Round plate with its edges clamped by rings and face fixed on washer is arranged on said top section. Blunt hole is bored at plate center on bottom dace side to receive torsional oscillation drive shaft top end eccentric journal. The latter comprises bearing assembly and V-belt pulley to transmit rotation o drive shaft fitted on drive shaft bottom end.
