SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for making parabolic antenna reflecting surfaces. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that the method of making the reflective mesh surface of the antenna is characterized in that the mesh surface is knitted by a warp interweaving of a metal thread with a thickness of not more than 30 mcm, using prior to knitting twisting with a textile soluble thread and removing it after knitting, with coating of metal thread with high-conductive metal by gilding or nickel plating, wherein high-conductivity metal is applied on surface of metal thread before its twisting by textile soluble thread.
EFFECT: technical result is simplification of manufacturing process, higher quality of reflecting surface.
