FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry and specifically to a method of producing a dental adhesive component in form of a mixture of monomers, according to which pyromellitic acid dianhydride is mixed and oligo (ethylene glycol) (meth) acrylate in molar ratio of 1:4 respectively, adding as a tertiary amine catalyst in amount of 2 wt. % of the weight of the mixture of monomers and adding as an inhibitor of para-methoxyphenol, then, after mixing the ingredients, the mixture is heated and maintained at constant stirring at temperature of 25–70 °C for 1–4 hours, wherein said oligo (ethylene glycol) (meth) acrylate with addition of a para-methoxyphenol inhibitor is used as a solvent.
EFFECT: invention shortens duration of the process, and eliminates the need to use an organic solvent of acetone and create an inert atmosphere.
