FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an adhesive composition for soft body tissues, comprising methacrylate monomer (A), polymer particles (B1) of methacrylate polymer having an average molecular weight of 1000000-1400000 as initial components, wherein the polymer particles (B1) have an average volume diameter 1.0-90 microns, and a polymerization initiator composition (C) containing partially oxidized tributyl boron, wherein monomer (A) amount is in the range of 37.6 to 51.8 parts by weight, polymer particles (B1) amount is in the range of 45.0 to 60.0 parts by weight, and polymerization initiator (C) composition amount is in the range of 2.4 to 3.2 parts by weight per 100 parts of total monomer (A), polymer particles (B1) and polymerization initiator (C) composition.
EFFECT: invention provides a composition with low toxicity, high adhesive strength, which is highly manufacturable in use and capable of forming a film having properties preferred for soft tissue adhesion, wound dressing adhesion, or wound dressing.
