SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heterogeneous catalysis, in particular to a method of producing a mixed oxide containing Ni, Mo, W, Al, optionally, at least one metal Me and organic component C or residue of said organic component C, having the following formula (I): Mea Nib Moc Wd Ale Of · pC (I), in which Me is selected from a group consisting of Zn, Cd and mixture thereof, C contains a polymer organic compound, and greater than or equal to 0, b, c, d, e and f is greater than 0, f is equal to (2a+2b+6c+6d+3e)/2, ratio (a+b)/(c+d) ranges from 0.9 to 1.1, ratio a/b is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 1.5, the ratio c/d ranges from 0.2 to 5, ratio (a+b+c+d)/e is from 0.6 to 5, and p is the weight percentage of C with respect to the total weight of the mixed oxide of formula (I) and is greater than 0 % and less than or equal to 40 %. Said mixed oxide of formula (I) comprises an amorphous phase and a pseudocrystalline phase which is isostructural with tungstenite, wherein said method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing at least one soluble source W and at least one soluble Mo source in a suitable volume of water until a transparent aqueous solution is obtained, 2) optionally adding at least one source of at least one Me element to the solution obtained at step 1, 3) adding at least one Ni source to the mixture, obtained at the previous stage, 4) subjecting the mixture obtained at stage 3 to the first heat treatment at temperatures of 50 °C to 80 °C while stirring, 5) adding to the mixture obtained at stage 4 at least one soluble, hydrolysable or dispersible source of Al and at least one polymer organic compound, 6) subjecting the mixture obtained at the previous step, the second heat treatment at temperatures of 80 °C to 95 °C while stirring to obtain suspension, 7) subjecting the suspension obtained at step 6 to drying to obtain a solid phase, 8) annealing said solid phase obtained at the previous step to obtain a mixed oxide of formula (I). Invention also relates to mixed oxide as precursors of catalysts for hydrotreatment based on metal sulphides, to a catalyst based on metal sulphides for hydroprocessing, obtained by sulphiding a mixed oxide of formula (I) or a mixed oxide of formula (I), bonded by at least one inorganic binder B, and to a method for hydrotreating a feedstock containing one or more hydrocarbons.

EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining a catalyst differing by high hydrodesulphurization and hydrodenitrogenation characteristics.
