SUBSTANCE: invention relates to earthmoving equipment, namely to control systems of working element of earth-moving machine for laying and repair of channels during reclamation works. Excavating machine working member control system comprises a working member shaft drive made in the form of hydraulic motor (2), a hydraulic accumulator, adjustable pressure reducing valve, adjustable hydraulic throttle, pressure gauge and hydraulic control valve, which is made four-position with possibility of hydraulic cylinder piston cavities connection with pressure hydraulic line in one of slide valve positions and with possibility of additional connection of piston cavities through adjustable hydraulic throttle with control element of hydraulic motor drive of running equipment of base machine in other position of slide valve, wherein rod cavities of hydraulic cylinders are communicated with pressure gauge and hydraulic accumulator communicated with pressure hydraulic line via controlled pressure reducing valve and with drain line via valve. With increase in soil cutting resistance and, accordingly, working fluid pressure at the inlet of hydraulic motor (2) of the working element drive and in the piston cavities interconnected with it, the pistons move out weights (6), thus increasing the moment of inertia of the working element and the kinetic energy of the action of the blades on the soil.

EFFECT: simplified control of working process, reduced power consumption and increased efficiency of excavating machine.
