FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device for fixing a vibrating acoustic emitter of a bone conduction hearing aid consists of a titanium implant and a titanium abutment fixedly fixed on it by means of a screw connection. The implant is designed to be inserted into bone tissue and contains a screw-shaped fastening element. The abutment is a rotating body in the shape of a reverse cone with a thread with a stop for docking on one side and a recess on the other side. At the end of the abutment, in the conical recess, there is a radial groove for sealing. The abutment is made in the form of a male with the possibility of a snap connection with a matrix in the form of a smooth cylinder with a blind round hole with a radial undercut for a fixing elastic ring made of polymer material. The end of the cylinder is made in the form of a protruding cone with a rounded top and is located in a blind round hole. On the other side of the cylinder there is a bed for a vibrating acoustic emitter.

EFFECT: rigid fixation of the vibrating acoustic emitter of the hearing aid of the “Bionic Ear” system with optimal individual adjustable adhesion force to the osteointegrative metal implant is ensured, as well as minimization of sound energy losses under conditions of constant exposure to high-intensity sound and vibration vibrations.
