Method includes: determining a configuration value of a set of parameters of a first type, wherein the set of parameters of the first type is a set of parameters of the uplink data; determining the range of configuration of the initial position of the symbol of the uplink data channel in accordance with the value of the configuration of the set of parameters of the first type; and selecting initial position of uplink data channel symbol from configuration range of initial position of uplink data channel symbol and notification of receiving side on selected initial position of uplink data channel symbol.
EFFECT: technical result is providing flexibility of service time by terminal.
