FIELD: electrotechnical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical industry and can be used in devices for detachable connection of power circuits, in particular for installation of accumulator battery in aircraft compartment. Connector comprises two housings, a male contact and a cylindrical female contact having a spring-loaded device mounted on its outer surface, cylindrical socket contact is made in form of collet with cut and crimped part equipped with bore, diameter of which is equal to diameter of pin contact, and spring-loaded device is made in form of spring ring, located at the beginning of socket contact. Socket contact can have an additional bore that thins its wall, at that, the diameter of the additional bore is considerably larger than the diameter of the pin contact.
EFFECT: increased reliability of electric connector operation due to increase of contact surface at connection of pin and socket contacts, as well as increased contact pressure force.
