FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a vertical autoclave, an autoclave installation and a method of removing salt from an autoclave. Autoclave comprises an inlet pipe, through which a process solution is introduced, an outlet pipe, through which the process solution is discharged, oxygen inlet branch pipe, through which oxygen is supplied to process solution, mixing device made with possibility of process solution mixing, inner wall, acid-resistant brick layer made on lower part and side part of inner wall, and an acid-resistant metal layer made on the upper part of the inner wall, wherein the layer of the acid-resistant brick does not pass to the upper part of the inner wall such that the upper part of the inner wall is not lined with a layer of acid-resistant brick.
EFFECT: invention provides an autoclave with large capacity, low cost of manufacture and high resistance to abrasion occurring due to suspension in process solution, as well as eliminating risk of cracking and falling of upper bricks and possibility of simplifying production of shaft of mixing device and eliminating occurrence of bends of shaft.
