FIELD: transport machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a radial ball hinge for a vehicle. Radial ball hinge (1, 50, 70) for vehicle has body (2, 51) for arrangement with possibility of rotary and pivotal movement of ball head (11) of ball trunnion (6). Between inner wall (10) of housing (2, 51) and ball head (11) adjoining to ball head (11) adjoining area (21) is located, ring-shaped and closed along contour upper support insert (7) for female sliding support of ball head (11) between its equator (12) and its upper pole (13), wherein between upper support insert (7), housing inner wall (10) (2, 51) and cover (2, 51) on one side cover (4, 53) is respectively contiguous contour sealing ring (8) of round section, by means of which upper support insert (7) is pressed in axial direction (9) to ball head (11). Upper support insert (7) is made in form of drawn part from steel sheet and has in region (21) of abutment to ball head (11) several lubricating grooves (14), which are made in wall (20) of upper support insert (7) like extruded recesses and protrude in the area of surface of upper support insert (7) in the form of bulges (22), which is turned from area (21) of abutment to ball head (11), surface area of upper support insert (7), which in mounted state of radial ball hinge (1) are pressed into sealing ring (8) of round section, elastically deforming it, and, acting as a protection against scrolling, at least substantially prevent the rotation of upper support insert (7) relative to sealing ring (8) of round section.

EFFECT: creation of improved in area of adjoining of upper support insert to ball head of supply with lubricant.
